The bed was comfortable. The staff was courteous. Easy location & surprisingly quiet considering proximity to freeway.
Carpet was wet. Pillows not comfortable. Felt like a motel, not hotel. Heard breakfast was awful, so didn't even try it. Outdated and dank. Parking lot is a bit messed up.

The hotel had an outstandingly accommodating staff and a particularly nice breakfast. The room was a decent size and spotless, with convenient amenities like hairdryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. The location was favorable, close to the bar/restaurant, highway entrance, and downtown.

I like the location. Close to the campus and the highway. It is also kind of cool to see their pictures of OU players and other memorabilia.
The breakfast, while free, is still very average Continental Breakfast fair. the bagels and fruit (cantaloupe), in particular, where very underwhelming.

Our air conditioner was leaking all over the carpet and it was soaked. Our room smelled very musty. When I called the front desk she just said maintenance would look at it tomorrow. This was not good customer service and didn't feel like anyone made a point to fix it.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and always available, and the rooms are spacious and have modern amenities like a sofa and a reliable AC.

Breakfast was part of the price. It was not very good and the choices of items was limited. I do not eat sausage and that was the only meat they had. I wanted bacon.Also we ate at 9 and there was very little food out and it was supposed to be served UNTIL 10.

The breakfast here was fantastic, with a wide variety of tasty options. Our room was spacious and very clean, plus the air conditioning worked perfectly! 😊

The newly renovated rooms are fantastic, featuring a perfectly working AC and a comfortable sofa. The hotel's location is great, within a short walking distance to various shopping centers and retail stores.
